In this postion I worked closely with clients to educate them on their website compliant issues and assist them in becoming compliant with Visa, Matercard and FTC regulations. We developed a computer script using Selenium IDE to design reports on website compliance through our CRM. These reports helped identify and implement risk solutions while providing monitoring for over 2000 high risk continuity websites a day. As credit card fraud is a huge issue these days, I also learned and trained both customers and employees on other CRM's to fulfill refunds to lower the companies chargeback percentages.

As Contract Manager, there was a emphasis on attention to detail when blueprint specifications and source reports had to be in compliance with the Boeing inspector requirements. While providing customer service to the client, I needed to manage the daily status of parts in inventory as well as the ones being sent out externally for treatment to meet the deadline. Meeting the deadline with the highest accuracy of these parts had me develop and maintain a new inventory categorization system that enhanced the flow of products in and out of the facility.
