The lead data analyst for the conversion of the NCC Customer Perks program to PNC’s Customer Perks program...Significant accomplishments: • Successfully developed and implemented Business Intelligence data cubes.• Successfully streamlined the monthly SAS Business Banking data mart refresh process thus reducing the data lead time by 50%; • Designed, changed/enhanced and implemented software changes to the Customer Program Management Access database. This program brings over 100,000 accounts to the Bank annually.• Successfully coordinated / managed the conversion of multiple magnetic tape files to an FTP process being sent to Harte Hanks for Business Banking data mart. The project consisted of coordinating on-shore and off-shore resources.• Played a critical role in preventing the United Physicians, a large physicians group in Michigan, project from being aborted. The Business Banking Sales Department was working with United Physicians to present them the Work Perks program.
