As the Technical Director of Excel Precision Group Ltd, I oversee the UK's leading EDM subcontractor, providing solutions for various industries such as aerospace, oil and gas, electronics, and medical. I have more than 40 years of experience in EDM, and I hold an HNC in Mechanical and Production Engineering and a NADCAP AS9100 certification.My mission is to deliver high-quality, innovative, and cost-effective EDM services, using the latest technology and equipment. I am also responsible for managing and developing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and budgeting. I have successfully expanded the company's operations and capabilities, acquiring two other EDM companies and investing in new machinery. I am always looking for new challenges and ways to improve our processes and products.

We are always developing components for Oil and Gas, Aero space, Electronics and Medical companies. We have parts orbiting the earth, Parts in the Cern large hadron collider and in all sorts of industries that were considered some times impossible to make.In March 2011 we acquired Pro Spark in Sheffield and invested £250,000 in new machinery we had a total of 4 machines 2 from Pro Spark and two new Machines Agie VP4 and GF form 30 both manufactured in 2010. After two years we had 10 CNC EDM machines and were in strong position. At this point we acquired Excel Precision WSE Ltd in Gloucester. In April 2015 we changed the name of B-Tek Precision Ltd and now we are known as Excel Precision (Leeds) Ltd and are part of the Excel Group. In June 2019 we acquired Sheen Spark now Excel Precision (Birmingham) Ltd We have 16 Wire Cut and 14 CNC Spark Erosion Machines. We are looking to expand and acquire our next branch.
