• I performed data analysis and constructed data flow solutions between Wycliffe's primary software systems, the data warehouse and the master data database thus simplifying up and down stream APIs.• I designed the structure and process flow of data production stewards and data usage stewards and drafted many master data dictionary and business glossary terms. • I expanded a SQL Server 2016 data warehouse to support Pardot, a cloud based marketing system, by designing bridge, dimension, and fact tables. • I designed a DW accumulating snapshot fact table that combines data from the web, cloud marketing software, a corporate CRM and an Oracle HR system thus enabling insights into the recruitment and hire processes.• I architected and secured MOLAP BI data sets from multiple sources to provide information that improves decision making, streamlines processes, and presents involvement options in the Bible translation movement.

• I am a seasoned MS SQL Server developer who helped integrate purchased software with custom written software. I also expanded and maintained the company's data warehouse. (2007-2017)• I orchestrated ETLs and testing of donations from our new web site through our custom ESB Donation Import system, into our CRM system, to the Navigator GL system, into our conformed data warehouse and exported finalized gift data back to our web site donor pages. (2014)• I designed a SQL Server Donation Import system to automate donor and designation matching that streamlined and standardized credit card web giving and half a dozen other electronic fund systems into the CRM system, resulting in the reduction of staff in that department. (2012-2013)• I created an innovative AI time-saving algorithm within the Donation Import system that automates 85-98% of donor and designation matching from a company’s web site and 5 other electronic bill pay systems into the company's CRM and GL system. • I led Agile sprints and designed database structure for Oracle PL/SQL 10g, now 11g, and APEX screens that automates the generation of GL transactions for over 300 language projects per year. These projects draw funds from some of the over 600 marketing revenue streams. (2008-2009). In 2010, I enhanced the system to enable cash flow forecasting.• I enabled the world-wide mission force to access their financial data by writing SQL Server 2005, 2008, 2012, 2014 T-SQL ETLs and reports from the enterprise data warehouse.
