I'm a British Citizen, having returned to London in August 2023 after living in Australia for 17 years. Since 2012 I have worked on the full implementations of ERP systems (on premise Infor 10.1 M3 and cloud 16.0 Infor M3 and sandbox testing 13.4 upgrades in between). Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner accredited.Have also worked on selection of CRM systems.Primarily Project Coordination, stakeholder management, issue and risk register management, requirement gathering, UAT user acceptance testing, nationwide end user training, creation of user instruction documents, end to end functionality testing, replication and regression testing, change management, fix deployment testing, developing specs for modifications, data analysis and fault analysis, data migration, data cleansing and archiving, project scheduling, preparing board packs for steering committees, day to day support for end users, trouble shooting and investigation, compiling reports, general system administration. Full Microsoft suite knowledge (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc).In June 2024 I joined Anthesis Ltd as a PMO Lead. Anthesis implements, sells, and supports ERP systems (Infor M3 and IFS). Prior to 2012 I was a Police Officer for 10 years in British and Australian Police forces. 4 of those years were in the Prosecuting Dept which reviewed and managed cases within the Magistrates Court.
