My role is to help clients and prospects understand what insurance they need and source the most appropriate cover for them by taking time to understand their business and the risks/exposures they face and matching that to an insurance product which protects their businesses, homes and loved ones. I manage the day-to-day running of the insurance business, whilst looking after a number of long standing business and personal clients. With a wealth of experience in the insurance industry, I have worked with a wide variety of businesses from motor repairers to accountants to retailers, providing insurance solutions which are suitable for their businesses so they can focus on running their business while we manage their insurance policies and claims when needed. Routen Chaplin has a strong client footprint in the Long Eaton area, expanding into the surrounding counties in the East Midlands.
