I have been working in Sales / Account Managerial roles over the past 17 years, working with Halifax Vogel Group, Nolan Group and LJ Hooker - Residential Real Estate sales. I have over 25 years’ experience in the textile, industrial fabrics industry and have completed a trade certificate in vehicle/marine trimming. Working within the Industry has given me experience using a wide variety of hardware materials and fabrics which has helped me better understand the needs of the clients.I have proven sales ability and a strong focus on driving new business while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships. I enjoy meeting new people and discovering new opportunities. I follow the simple philosophy of “know, like, trust”. This coupled with my outgoing, friendly, personable nature, I consistently exceed my sales targets and develop strong, trusted customer relationships. Having a background in Residential Real Estate sales, I worked for LJ Hooker and Century 21. During this time, I achieved the status of top 10% of agents nationally 2001-2004 (Captains Club).Having experience and background knowledge in both Industrial Fabrics and Real Estate sales, this has provided me with a broad set of sales and marketing skills which enables me to better understand the needs of my clients.I do believe with my professional attitude, sales performance and industry knowledge, l would make a valuable contribution to your business.
