I tackled various roles, from uniformed duties to detective work, stepping up in supervisory roles during critical situations.I ventured into the accident management industry from law enforcement, holding various pivotal roles. From 1989 to 1992, at Accident Aftercare Plc, I introduced the innovative concept of Credit Car Hire in the West Midlands, building a robust sales team that drove impressive turnover. In 1995, I co-founded Hallmarque Assistance Ltd, an accident management company that provided replacement vehicles for car theft victims. As CEO, my efforts culminated in my election as Chairman of the Accident Management Association in 2001.From 2006 to 2016, I co-founded Nice 1 Limited, creating, sourcing, and distributing insurance ancillary products to the UK insurance broking community. I secured key business partnerships and achieved substantial sales and profit milestones.In 2017, I founded Sparta Insurance Services Group Limited. I secured substantial investor funding, developed a comprehensive broker portal, and expanded our broker network to support over 500 brokers. We sell 100,000+ policies annually and generate substantial profits.
