This involves a whole range of responsibilities involving managing a Place, including safety, marketing, asset development and presentation, transport, relationship development, economic development and planning. The Events component involves leading a team that supports over 400 events ranging from Community events to World Championships.

The Club is an elite basketball club with a men and ladies team.The men team is one of the most successful in the South East Australia League both on-court and off-court. Alliance is being formed with Basketball Geelong to link all basketball in the Geelong region to form one entity.

Assisted families and young people with alternative dispute resolution, relationship building and support. Worked on over 150 family mediations.
