For this role I worked on the £90 million sale of the Finland book of business (85K plans) to a Finnish Bank (OP-Pohjola), split into 2 distinct parts, the Part VII Transfer for the first year and the Data migration for the following 2 years: These roles involved:-• Capturing and documenting the Strategy papers for the Part VII Transfer, Transitional Services and Data Migration along with defining the Part VII Transfer Business Requirements via workshops and walkthroughs with the business and our IT provider HCL. I was then involved in developing the ETL logic using SQL Server, defined the reconciliation and audit requirements ensuring that the migration was controlled and worked within pre-defined tolerances and captured the De-Commissioning and archiving requirements for the old iSeries(AS400) platform for HCL to manage. We successfully migrated 85K clients and plan details along with relating history within 20 months.
