My role at Time Out primarily involves distilling and communicating information into actions, which enable the delivery of commercial and editorial objectives. By turning this information into key insights and actions, I am putting research at the heart of the Time Out business, particularly in the areas of digital & ecommerce.

My role at talkSPORT was to turn valuable information and insights into strong material for the commercial teams at talkSPORT & Sport Magazine. My role was primarily to analyse all sets of data for the station, from RAJAR, Nielsen, Comscore and TGI audience data, ensuring that the sales teams were equipped with every piece of data which would support their strategic responses to agencies and clients.The role also involved many different areas of expertise, from presentation design, to survey designing, insight gathering and client facing presentation.- Key analysis of RAJAR data & trends- Dissemination of RAJAR/TGI data to sales team- Insight and trend data gathering such as through Mintel, Year Ahead, IAB etc.- Digital platform data analysis using Comscore & Google Analytics- Producing surveys for clients, agencies, and internal departments- Client and agency-facing presenting
