As a trained Behavioural Economist and Research Fellow at the ARC Training Centre for Behavioural Insights for Technology Adoption (BITA Centre) at QUT, I'm dedicated to understanding how real-world factors shape human behaviour and decision-making. My unique blend of professional backgrounds in electrical engineering, project management, and behavioural economics has shaped my unique approach to problem-solving. My research delves into the complex systems literature (and beyond) to offer fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to behavioural economics and social AI, aiming to enrich these fields by making social science research more robust and effective.Starting my career in 2018 as an Electrical Engineer and Project Manager at AEP Elical, I honed my ability to manage complex challenges, teams, and projects while delivering client-focused results for key clients like BHP, BMA, EDL Energy, Nyrstar, and others.Transitioning into behavioural economics, my research spans a range of fields such as public health, urban planning, online communities, sports, and more. This multidisciplinary approach provides a comprehensive understanding of real-world human behaviour.My innovative research culminated in my PhD thesis 'Bridging Complexity and Behavioural Economics: The Constrained Methods Matrix.' Here, I offer novel tools and insights to model and analyse dynamic and complex societal systems, especially during unforeseen events like disease outbreaks and technological transformations.As the Co-Founder and Head of Operations at Panalogy Lab, my technical and behavioural economics background aids me in leading project and quality management, and business strategy development. We're focused on creating AI-driven solutions across sectors like research and education, finance, sports, and expert/professional services, to name a few.
