• Responsibilities included designing and documenting using AutoCAD 14 of new industrial ice machines for the hotel and restaurant industry.• Redesigned existing ice machines for cost savings.• Detailed sheet metal layouts, copper tubing layouts and completed any ECO’s as needed.• Assisted lab technicians in completing first build prototype units.
