I am currently in a PMC role responsible for overseeing the construction the new build Petro Chemical Plant on Phase 2 of the AFTON LION PROJECT on Jurong Island, Singapore. Key features of the facility and infrastructure will comprise of two Manufacturing Buildings (ZDDP & Ashless), External Pipe Rack, C4 & Alcohol Storage Tank Farms, a Warehouse and Loading Areas, MCC Substation and upgrades to Utilities from Phase1.Some of the key process areas for the Project are ZDDP Wear Resistant Additives and Ashless Dispersants, Alcohol Tank Farm, ZDDP Tank Farm, Solids Storage and Upgrades to Utility CapacitiesAlso included in the overall scope of work are some works and modifications to the existing administration and warehouse buildings.Also included in our scope of works are some modifications to Phase 1 existing lab, modified for additional fume hoods, exhausts and increase in air changes. The vacant area on the 2nd floor directly above the 1st floor lab will also be fitted out to create additional lab space. In the existing warehouse, we will be adding some administration offices and conference rooms on the mezzanine level.
