We completed a number of significant transactions that reduced the amount of total debt outstanding. This allowed the Company, the time and resources it needs to focus on EBITDA growth. These transactions included the sale of most of our US operations (“Williams Scotsman”) for $1.1 billion, the acquisition of a major competitor in Europe, a debt equity exchange which removed ~$700 million of PIK debt from the balance sheet and finally a complete refinancing of our remaining.

SeaCube is one of the world’s largest container leasing companies. The company owns and/or manages more than 800,000 containers with a net book value in excess of $1.8 billion. In 2010, we took the company public at $10 a share. In 2013, we sold the company to a private buyer for $23 a share.
