Vehicles are inspected/collected from any location in the UK and delivered into any auction centre or any de-fleet centre nationwide. The off-site inspection is performed at the point of collection where heavy emphasis is on customer care. Vehicles are inspected to the BVRLA “fair wear & tear” guidelines (or alternative standard as specified by the customer), any exceptions to the inspection standards are reported and estimated using the database held in the inspections handheld device. A printed vehicle condition report is produced and the customer’s signature is captured electronically at the inspection/collection point. -
