Coordinated many aspects of construction administration at new high rise residential projects such as; 60 Riverside Boulevard and 400 West 63rd Street at Trump Place and 200 and 300 North End Avenue in Battery Park City. Performed activities such as: examining and clarifying specifications and drawings, evaluated contractors’ work progress and quality, reviewed and approved shop drawings, resolved field problems and wrote punch lists.

Also supervised the maintenance of job files and organized the updating of the construction documents. These duties were performed on new and conversion projects such as; 220 Riverside Boulevard at Trump Place, 48 Floors and 790,000 square feet, 240 Riverside Boulevard at Trump Place, 31 Floors and 426,000 square feet and 37 Wall Street, 26 Floors and 382,000 square feet.
