Equipment included but not limited to vapour recovery units, flare stacks, domestic water treatment package, methanol injection package, chemical injection packages, shop tanks, LV Switchgear, MV VFD’s, transformers, etc.• Northwest Redwater Project: Hydrogen and Sulphur Recovery UnitsSourced and prepared RFI’s and RFQ’s for mechanical equipment including but not limited to compressor packages, vapour recovery unit, PSA package, recovery furnaces, sulphur traps, vessels, etc. Performed various support functions related to requests from NWR.

• Shell Canada Saturn 1 Gas PlantIssued RFQ’s, performed commercial bid analysis, and purchased major mechanical and electrical equipment. Equipment included gas chilling units, stabilizers, inlet separators, KO Drums, tanks, MCC’s, switchgear etc.• Murphy Oil Tupper West Gas PlantIssued RFQ’s, performed commercial bid analysis, and purchased major mechanical and electrical equipment. Also responsible for buildings, instrumentation, and miscellaneous purchases. Included expediting and coordinating LTL shipments towards project close. Involved with back up auditable documentation and invoice approval for close out procedures.

• Kearl Lake Winter Drilling Program Performed Contract Management Plans, Request For Proposals, Bid Analysis, Recommendations, and Issuing of Contracts for Site Services e.g. Security, Communications, Site Office Trailers, etc.Performed Contract Administration duties at site related to interpretation of agreements, change orders, miscellaneous purchase orders, invoice verification and approval, interfaced with Sub Contractors. Subcontractor agreements were primarily Drilling, Roads Construction and also miscellaneous service contracts. Issued RFI’s (capital equipment) for the estimating department related to the major KEARL project.

• PetroCanada Sulfur Recovery UnitPurchased instrumentation and electrical commodities. Resolved any discrepancies between suppliers and Jacobs for previous orders placed

• EnCana SAGD Project Christina LakePurchased and expedited various types of mechanical equipment e.g. Vessels, Tanks (Steel, Sump, FRP), Air Coolers, HP & LP Shell Tube Exchangers, Air Compressor Package, Air Handling Units, Chemical Injection Package, Pumps and various types of Instrumentation.Provided backup in supervisor’s absence and provided training for associate buyers. Assisted in the turnover and close out of procurement aspects of project.• Shell ASOD ProjectInterfaced with Shell personnel for the preliminary aspects of project. Responsible for purchasing and expediting of Tie In material • Suncor Millennium Vacuum Unit and Millennium Coker Unit Projects. Purchased various types of equipment. E.g. Analyzers, API Pumps, Simulators, Coker Furnace, Coke Drums, Unheading and Coke Cutting Systems, Buildings, Motor Control Centres, PLC & RTD Cabinets, Switchgear, Instrumentation, etc. Aided in the development of Pricing Agreements for Electrical Equipment. Member of Team responsible for close out of MCU project.
