I am Sales Executive of Impresa Modular Custom Homes DC Metro. We are licensed in the states of Maryland and Virginia. I have been in the construction industry for 20 years and have a degree in Architectural Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. I am also LEED AP ID+C certified which means I have advanced green building knowledge and expertise for construction of interior spaces.I spent 15 years working as a Senior Manager for a large General Contractor in the DC Metro area managing construction projects for clients throughout the complete life cycle of a project from Design & Preconstruction, Bidding, and Construction through Closeout. During that time, I have managed and built over 100 projects totaling almost 2 million SF of space over $200 million dollars in total value.My responsibilities as a manager included design feasibility & constructability studies, budgeting, permitting, bidding, value engineering, sustainability, LEED, submittal and RFI processing, material procurement, leading weekly owner/architect/contractor and subcontractor meetings, owner vendor coordination, contract and budget management, scheduling, delay mitigation, change order management, work-in-progress reporting, problem solving, and conflict resolution. Most importantly, my biggest responsibility as a Project Lead was to ensure effective communication was maintained throughout the project life cycle between all project stakeholders.
