With over 20 years of experience as a swim coach, I am passionate about helping swimmers of all levels and ages to improve their performance, technique, and confidence in the water. I currently work as a swim coach at Spencer Swim Team, where I provide technical guidance, racing skills, and stroke analysis to competitive and recreational swimmers. I also coach at OTS Swimming London, where I design and implement training programs, monitor progress, and provide feedback to swimmers and parents. Previously, I was the head coach at Otter Swimming and Waterpolo Club, where I led a team of coaches and volunteers, organized events and competitions, and fostered a positive and inclusive culture. I have a strong background in team building, team leadership, and training, and I enjoy collaborating with other coaches, staff, and organizations to create the best possible environment for swimming development and enjoyment. My mission is to inspire, motivate, and empower swimmers to achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
