Steven T. Brien is the President and CEO of the EnviroCare Corporation. Founded in 1990 Mr. Brien was one of the first consultants to work with Homeland Security educating building owners on disaster preparedness for chemical and biological threats within the building envelope. Over the years Mr. Brien has led his company in the recovery efforts of more than 24 hurricanes,(Isabelle,Charley,Frances,Ivan,Jean,Danny,Dennis,Katrina,Rita,Gustav, to name a few) 10 tornados, and 15 catostrophic floods. In addition Mr. Brien is the founder of the National Archive Group, a division of EnviroCare, that specializes in archive and document recovery. Mr. Brien was the architect of the largest document recovery project on record for the State of Iowa in the Cedar Rapids Floods.
