Serves as the site expert with respect to all predictive and reliability based technologies to ensure maximum asset availability. Focuses on asset strategy, predictive and preventative maintenance, and prioritization of human and financial resources dedicated to asset reliability.

Managed the day-to-day operations of the company’s CBM Services division; routinely interfacing with customers at all levels of management in a variety of industries. Responsible for account management and resource utilization throughout North America. Provided oversight of customer accounts and seeking out opportunities for program expansion where appropriate to maximize clients overall return on investment. Reliability consultant activities and facility audits resulting in master plans developed and assistance/guidance in their implementation.

Managed the operations of the company, including financials, schedules, and sales. Provided training consulting services, outside sales, customer needs assessments and quotations, training effectiveness follow-up, and schedule coordination. Also served on the Board of Directors for the corporation, assisting with the establishment of short and long term business strategies.

Managed the day-to-day activities of assigned personnel and delivery of training curriculum in accordance with accreditation standards. Responsible for achieving and maintaining accreditation through the Institute of Nuclear Operations.
