As the resident Composer and Sound Designer I am responsible for all audio assets for the titles released by Arctic Arcade. I have completed eleven titles with the company (list available upon request).

Responsibilities included:- creating marketing materials including RFQ responses and submittals for cost estimating and construction management clients- maintaining project database and IT resources for the firm- troubleshooting systems issues, complete networks and software upgrades and act as liaison between the firm and our technical vendors- reviewing the Daily Journal of Commerce and other resources for potential project management and cost estimating work- general office maintenance including ordering supplies, answering phones, working with vendors and keeping the office organized- daily use of Microsoft Office Suite

From 2008-2011 I was a board member and Secretary for the Seattle Composers Alliance (SCA). The SCA is a professional organization with the mission of bringing composers together in a non-competitive environment to share ideas, disseminate pertinent information and attract guest speakers of in to the group. As Secretary I made the meeting agendas, took the meeting minutes and helped produce special events. One of my special projects was to lead the advanced writing workshops with guest artists. This involved creating teaching materials and working with guest artists to structure a workshop that would educate members on the depth of the instrument’s sonic pallette and how to incorporate them into their writing

Responsibilities included:- providing support to Seattle YMCA branches with business procedures and AS400 table file maintenance- acting as liaison between the Information Services team and branch Membership Departments- serving as the Seattle Association data specialist for Activate America. Coordinate the data collection, analysis and distribution process.- managing the setup, billing and reporting of corporate memberships- gathering end use requirements for the constituency software replacement project- analyzing and reporting all membership statistics for the Association including membership units, revenue, retention and terminations.- daily use of Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities included: - ensuring members and prospective members receive consistent quality customer service at the Membership Services Desk - as a travel team member for the Gulick Collaborative (precursor to Activate America), implementing and testing the active listening and member connection process in the membership department. - managing the billing, marketing, enrollment and retention plans for the Downtown Branch - hiring, training and supervising Membership Representatives, Membership Administrator and Front Desk Supervisor- managing the membership budget- providing and maintaining membership statistics reports- leading the Partners with Youth capital campaign for the Membership Department- working with the Fitness Director and Health and Wellness Coordinators to create, staff and market new health and wellness programs targeting the “health seeker” demographic- developing and evaluating member connection and retention strategies- attending assigned meetings- presenting branch membership updates at the monthly Association Membership Core Group meeting- daily use of Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities included: - providing prompt and courteous customer service to members and staff in a busy work environment- interviewing prospective members and enrolling new members in the AS400- completing program enrollments, membership updates and ensuring accurate batch reporting - completing other miscellaneous administrative work as assigned- inviting members to participate in the Partners with Youth campaign- connecting and actively listen to new members and support them on their health and wellness journey- as Aquatics Coordinator, hiring and supervising lifeguards and swimming instructors and ensuring member safety- teaching First Aid, CPR and Lifeguarding certification courses - daily use of Microsoft Office Suite
