Developed Infosys’ large deal outsourcing transition capability; initially supported sales activities and then managed the transitions on closed deals. Built a team of transition managers and drove the creation of Infosys’ transition framework & workstream governance model. Provided guidance to clients and prospects on effective governance models for transition. • Supported sales efforts and planned & managed Infosys’ first outsourcing deals. Led portfolio analysis to identify scope and develop the solution while considering offshoreability, staffing allocation, and transition sequence & timing. • Won the Infosys Excellence Award for successfully managing the transition of the industry’s first $250M GDM deal • Directly supported the sale and transition of 4 deals valued at $430M TCV comprised of 870 applications.
