• Rapid response to tier 2/3 production performance issues and bugs that arise in the Archtics ticketing engine, client platforms, data streams, and APIs for hundreds of national/international sports and live entertainment clients in standalone/shared environments • Develop new and optimize existing features for clients using SQL-based solutions such as stored procedures, triggers, views, and schema changes• Analyze and troubleshoot performance issues across hundreds of stored procedures/triggers via debugging, SQL profiler, query plan analysis, and lightstep• Assist tier 1/2 engineering teams to develop new stability and monitoring features • Perform b/a analysis of schema and index changes to monitor performance improvements and/or degradation

SQL Engine Core client support helping customers with a wide range of issues such as setup/patching, data corruption, I/O throughput, backups, recovery, and networking among others. Position was temporary in nature until contract expiration or returning from furlough at other employer during covid-19.
