I am often the first representative to make contact with presenting speakers in order to facilitate the population of data in the conference website that is built upon MAP Digital's groundbreaking MetaMeetings® software platform. As our team moves towards the event day, I correspond with several presenting companies and coordinate with our room producers on any special audio / video requests and timing issues in order to meet crucial deadlines. The final result is a streamlined conference experience where information is effectively shared with attending participants both in person and online.
