As the State Manager and National Wizard Manager for Marks & Co. my position entailed managing the state wide operations of this picture framing and wholesaler importing business. I also headed up a sales team that also worked across every state in Australia. I implemented a national Computerised product and managed its rollout in all facets across the business.My key accomplishments included: Managed all aspects of daily operations including warehousing functions, front office activities and sales team. Head the sales management program to retain and pick up customers, customer retention and new customer growth doubled in three years. Help introduce better CRM programs to help maintain and retain customer relationships. Promoted to National Brand manager for Wizard computerised mat cutting machines Assisted in the development and implementation of National Programming Gained over 25% sales growth each year in Tasmanian market Helped monitor and implement sale training programs from the business, help secure business dealings with large and medium business. Secured and implemented new product line including management of daily operations and recruitment of sales representatives in each state of Australia. Successfully implemented Profit and loss procedures. Conducted extensive stock management and analysis Assisted with business restructuring and human resource management matters including performance monitoring, efficiency controlling. Assisted with Lease and sale negations and importing dealings for Adelaide, Perth, Sydney and Hobart locations

As the State Manager for United Petroleum I was responsible for managing the state wide operation of 30 business outlets. After four months with United Petroleum I was promoted from the position of Compliance Manager to State Manager. This role was very relationship focused. When I took on the role store management was in a terrible position. Understanding the process of trust in me approach I was about to quickly establish solid relationships as the “go to man” this focus pushed retail sales growth well over 30-55% in some stores across the state. The cleanliness and presentation of sites improved as the process moved forward.My key accomplishments included: Management of all Health and Safety compliance matters. Manage all Sales performances statewide Help implement sales probability and delivery program strategies with focus on return vs presentation breakdown of service relationships and site appearance. FMCG analysis and planning diagram compliance. Contract/relationship management and dealings from ongoing Real estate commercial dealings.
