An experienced national and international project & programme manager with 23 years employment in remote site and national activities within the oil & gas industry, UKG and USG overseas locations, (Embassies & Consulates) NGO work, public health programmes/campaigns and training. All aspects of project, personnel and budget management has been undertaken. This has included delivery and achievement of planning, staffing, operations and budget control to project targets, along with logistics supply management to project locations. Full HR activities and requirements has also been key components of these employments. My current engagement is managing a nationwide fleet of COVID-19 mobile PCR testing and vaccination platforms throughout England and Wales for the UK National Health Service. (Some 45+ vehicles and 400+ technical and professional personnel)Over the last 6 years I have been actively involved with business development, sales and follow-on project extension work on behalf of my current employer. During this time, I have been able to generate additional business and revenue worth at least $30million+. I have a wide and extensive ability to recognize client requirements, followed-up by planning and delivering these successfully and satisfactory.My work has involved working in remote, arduous and sometimes conflict prone areas. Locations have included Europe, Africa, the Middle East and parts of Asia, such as Iraq, Afghanistan, Russia and Kazakhstan. I have a particularly high degree of ability and knowledge from working throughout Africa and the Middle East, with experience in countries such as Kenya, Abu Dhabi, Nigeria, Uganda, Tanzania, Nigeria, Mali, Ivory Coast, Ghana and Angola, along with the whole of North Africa.In addition to large medical, HSE and public health project management responsibilities, my practical range of experience ranges across team & location medic, clinic & field medical manager, ERT Lead, HSE advisor & supervisor, community liaison, field operations control, training and medical facility auditing. I also have experience in security operations, asset protection and charitable aid programmes.A full career in the British Armed Forces, Parachute Regiment (24.5 years) followed by 23 years experience of the Oil & Gas Industry, with several years employment on behalf of HMG and USG (UK & US Embassies Bagdad, UK Embassy Kabul, various US DOD Locations in Afghan) has given me a marked ability to ensure the successful management and guaranteed delivery of any large complex project throughout the globe.
