Working with CIT Vendor Finance (UK) Ltd, a subsidiary of CIT, my responsibilities included the following:Coordination of annual Continuity of Business testing across the UK, French and emerging European markets. Extension of the MIS reporting capabilities of the leasing portfolio management system through the development of bespoke plug-in programs.Development of a complex reporting solution to satisfy a key financial regulations gap which threatened the go-live of the new Italian office, for which I was awarded an employee award for 'Performance and Leadership'.Ensuring a smooth transition and migration to the new company ownership having been retained as an SME following announcements of redundancies and office closure.

Working for Citicapital Ltd, a subsidiary of Citigroup, my responsibilities included the following:Coordination of the migration of UK accounting systems between data centres and implementation of a new hardware infrastructure with no unplanned disruption to normal operations.Coordination of the adoption of a new IT Management Policy including new standards for Project Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Information Security including gap analysis, risk assessment and risk management.Implemention as part of a wider programme of change, of the accounting systems for three new offices in emerging European markets, managing vendor relationships to ensure systems were in place and fully operational within agreed timeframes.Coordination of annual Continuity of Business testing across the UK, French and emerging European markets.

Working for Citicapital Ltd, a subsidiary of Citigroup, on a day-to-day basis, this was predominantly a trouble-shooting role. My responsibilities also included:Delivery to schedule, and within budget, of a full upgrade of the leasing portfolio management system and the Euro Conversion of the Irish leasing portfolio.Resolution of major disputes over legacy variable rate agreements for substantial clients with significant portfolio exposure.Development of revised operational processes and related staff training.

Working for Citicapital Ltd, a subsidiary of Citigroup, I established a new Customer Services Department dealing with the rescheduling and settlement of lease agreements.Through the development of a flexible and highly automated tool (using Excel with VBA), reduced training time of new staff by 75% and turnaround times for rescheduling of lease agreements by 50%.

Successfully reduced 90-day plus delinquency levels to target levels in the leasing portfolio of a sister company following acquisition.

Responsible for the prevention and reduction of delinquency within the leasing portfolio.

Responsible for the administration of new leasing agreements servicing both customers and the Sales team.
