I was blessed to be born into a family with a strong work ethic and an emphasis on integrity. Fast forward to today I exceeded my parents' hope for a good education with an MBA and JD, both from the University of Kansas, enjoyed two great careers...one as a corporate attorney and one as an intrapreneurer inside a large organization. In both careers I was heavily involved in mergers, acquisitions and building successful businesses. So, when I started my own consulting business it naturally evolved into CEO coaching, peer group facilitation, succession/exit planning and brokerage services...all focused on building value in businesses and creating financial security for my business owner clients.For 8 years I was the host of a weekly radio show focused on economic development in Kansas City. We talked with political leadership, business owners and CEOs and professional advisors. These are the true heroes in our community and it is an honor to shine the light on their accomplishments each week. Most importantly I value my relationship with my family and friends. My wife and two sons are the light in my life.Specialties: Building enduring value in a business requires passion, purpose, leadership, process, structure, people and rewards in providing goods and/or services better than anyone else and that the market needs or wants at a profit and with positive cash flow.
