Stephen Cade currently serves as the Administrator of ChildNet Medical Associates an Independent Practice Association of some 300 pediatric primary and specialty care physicians. Stephen is a Board Member of the California Association of Healthcare Leaders and Chair of the South Central Valley Educational Planning Committee. He also Vice President of the Mid-State Medical Group Management Association and serves on the Advisory Board of The Doctors Company.Mr. Cade received his business degree from Lancaster University and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool in England and is board certified in healthcare management through the American College of Healthcare Executives. Additional postgraduate training also included a fellowship with the Institute for Executive Development in San Diego and research work as a Certified Behavioral Analyst with the Keystone Research Institute, Portland Oregon. Mr. Cade is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a member of the adjunct faculty for National University and actively involved in several professional associations, including, the Children’s Specialty Care Coalition, Forum for Healthcare Strategists, Society for the Advancement of Blood Management and the Medical Group Management Association.His current and past professional affiliations also include the Medical Education Speakers Network, American Society for Training and Development, the National Speakers Association and the International Society for Performance Improvement.
