Managing Director of the iconic Queen Mary in Long Beach, California. Responsible for the overall Ship, including hotel operations, tours & attractions, events, food & beverage, retail, museum, and administration. Oversees and supports the Hotel General Manager, Director of Experiences, Human Resources, Finance, Revenue, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Food & Beverage, and Executive Chef.

General management responsibilities included, but not limited to: Managing hospitality operations and customer service experiences - Catering multiple on and off-site productions, managing a fine dining room that included bar service, high-volume restaurants, room/office service delivery, and a Special Events department that planned and serviced conferences, meetings and events for up to 5,000 guests.

As a senior member of UCLA Housing & Hospitality, managed the award-winning 50-acre UCLA Conference Center and Bruin Woods Family Resort (now the UCLA Lake Arrowhead Lodge). Responsibilities included managing the overall resort hotel, including sales and rate strategy, marketing, rooms division operations, food and beverage, facility and grounds, accounting, human resources and summer events. This IACC certified conference center offers sleeping room accommodations for up to 200 guests, as well as flexible indoor and outdoor meeting space, with award-winning food and beverage. In the summer months, the resort transforms into UCLA Bruin Woods, offering programming such as wine tasting, arts and crafts classes, golf/putting competitions, tennis tournaments, mountain bike tours, pool and spa activities, yoga on the zen deck, and live music and shows to name a few.

Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago: 1,096 Room Convention Hotel in Rosemont, Illinois. Served both as the F&B Director - EAM, and the Sr. Director of Catering & Convention Services. Transferred to Los Angeles in September 2005 to open the newly acquired Century Plaza Hotel (from Westin).
