Responsibilities•Project Implementation Manager for student officer community placement within the Initial Police Learning Development Programme, marketing and acquiring placement opportunities with diverse and challenging organisations.•Produced a work book for student officers engaged in neighbourhood policing, directing them to evidence opportunities against national occupational standards.Achievements•This aspect of the project was delivered in a very short time frame, overcoming many barriers, for which I received a Chief Constables Management team commendation.•My Community placement structure and procedures was assessed as national best practice by the national Central Training Centre.
