With an FP&A and reporting focus, my work includes integration of business acquisitions into the Thermo Fisher family, initiatives that enable expanded eCommerce availability of our products through unified financial systems, and business transformation projects that enable a digital transformation to help move finance forward.Within the Life Sciences Group office, I lead a team of analysts/project managers focusing on integration activities to meet corporate reporting requirements, transitioning from legacy to unified or evolutionary systems, and ensuring reporting of group financials to corporate Hyperion systems is functioning properly. These projects have high impact to the organization, and help achieve integration goals of acquisitions and business transformation objectives.

Bestop is the leading manufacturer of convertible soft tops and tonneau covers for Jeeps, trucks, and other small SUVs for both OEM and Aftermarket channels. I provided regular reporting and analysis on the financial state of the company for both senior management and our corporate parent. I worked closely with the executive staff to develop new measurement tools for our ever-changing manufacturing and reporting environment, and helped execute a manufacturing site move to another country. I was also responsible for annual budgets, quarterly and flash forecasts, capex analysis, treasury and cash flow management.
