Finance and accounting executive with over 20 years of experience primarily within energy sectors. Experience includes strategic development and execution for public and private entities including accessing public and private capital markets; financial planning and analysis; acquisition diligence, deal structure and subsequent integration; treasury management; insurance and risk management. Additional experience includes the oversight of finance and treasury functions, investor relations, SEC reporting, global consolidations, general ledger accounting, operations accounting and technical accounting research.
