Responsibilities included managing all aspects of business diversification into the Water and Sewerage industry, managing contracts with local authorities, organic and new business development as well as contract negotiation.

♣ Headed the contract for 11 KV standby generators, construction of switching stations for a total of seven sites including Sheikh’s palaces and hospitals in Al Ain with a total value of AED80m.♣ Managed various other contracts including, operation and maintenance as well as asset integrity contracts. Satiated all contractual requirements and resolved impeding issues through active communication with the client (a local Abu Dhabi municipality) and its consultant representatives.♣ Ensured project delivery according to the given timeline and within budgetary constraints.

Responsible to the Managing Director,Responsible for the management of all Contracts, including, Operation and Maintenance, and Asset integrity Contracts, Daily liaison with the Client (Local Abu Dhabi Municipality) and its Consultant representatives, to fulfil the requirements of the contracts and amicable resolution of any issues arising.

Woodgroup Engineering Services Abu Dhabi Responsible to the Operations Manager, WGES Abu Dhabi,Managing the day to day running of a 110 strong multicultural work force carrying out the overhaul and repairs of both static and rotating equipment related to the Oil and Gas, Water and waste water treatment industries. Typical equipment consisting of all types and sizes of Valves, Wellhead equipment repairs, centrifugal and submersible pumps, compressors, and coordination of field service and shut-down contracts.

To manage the Construction refurbishment, and installation, commissioning and operational maintenance of 13 Pumping Stations on the Abu Dhabi Island sewage network, on behalf of Abu Dhabi Municipality Sewage Projects Committee.Responsibilities, to liase daily with the Owner/Engineer, control of sub-contractors and direct employ personnel.

Day to day site management and supervision of up to 16 European supervisors and a 250 Multi – national workforce and sub-contractors, to effect the fabrication and installation of all mechanical equipment associated with the treatment of raw sewage through to final effluent, and sludge treatment through to waste gas disposal.

With WDW Site Services Ltd. Setting up and managing a small woks division to carry out the fabrication, installation of various types of structural steel, and pipe work. Fabrication of offshore fire fighting cabinets, and installation of the Instrumentation and Controls for the fire fighting equipment for the North Sea oil sector.
