I started out as an Intern and within 3 months, I was employed as a Back-office Clerk, transitioning from internship to permanent employment. I was subsequently promoted to Assistant Manager for exceptional performance as a Back Office Clerk and Stock Coordinator. As an Assistant Manager, I diligently coordinated store operations while supervising a team of 135 people. I would also direct all store operations and delegate duties to staff in the absence of the Branch Manager [when he was on his off duty or on leave].To increase the store’s revenues, I expanded the customer base by recruiting new corporate customers to buy directly from the store. I would prepare sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information; identifying and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions.
