I am Managing Director and Head of Client Service Delivery of Pershing Limited, a BNY Mellon company.I have overall management responsibility for operational processing function for the firm’s European business.I was previously a Director of Listed Derivatives and Asset Servicing at Credit Suisse Investment Banking arm, where I also held other Directorial positions across a number of operational teams based in London and Singapore. Responsibilities included Client Service, Middle Office, Prime Brokerage support and Stock Borrowing/Lending functions. Prior to that I was a Director of Operations at Barclays (previously BZW), where I had several senior management roles within London Operations including responsibility for Cash Management, Fixed Income and Equity Settlement groups. I played a significant role as part of the integration team of transferring BZW Equity business to Credit Suisse First Boston.
