During this time I have worked as an associate consultant for TCM and ADR Resolutions, primarily involved with mediation training and assessments, development and delivery of investigation training and change programmes. In December 2023 I successfully completed an advanced investigation training course.

Ensured availability of driver resource, correctly licensed, to facilitate testing of new trains, signalling, communications channels etc.Booked train paths to ensure correct train configurations were available, in a timely and safe manner.Managed delivery of driver ‘diagrams’ which ensured correct hours and working arrangements were in place.Produce weekly briefing for drivers and MTEL control staff outlining testing and highlighting key items.Lead for MTEL in Cross Rail COVID 19 management process and procedures.On call during testing to provide escalation point for issues for MTREL.

Senior Manager with specific responsibility for Revenue Protection and Network Resources, over 400 staff and over £500 million revenue protection.Led successful negotiation/consultation with Trade Unions on Health & Safety matters, achieved by building an environment of mutual trust and respect by active listening, acknowledging concerns and taking positive actions.Lead Business Manager for major change programme across London Underground stations, helping design, develop and deliver new culture, structure and working methods.

Led the design, delivery and implementation of [ground breaking] staff engagement programme, providing direct ‘face to face’ engagement on changes to customer service delivery with over 4,000 front line staff.The outputs of the programme helped to shape the ‘future’ of London Underground - staffing (new staffing model); technology (development of new systems and introduction of hand held devices); customer service (by empowering staff to deal with customer issues from end to end).The programme was the winner of the Rail Team of the Year at the 2013 Rail Staff Awards.

Led the delivery of highly effective customer service through train, station and service control functions.Planning and delivery of enhanced customer services during the London Olympics 2012.Reduced lost customer hours and improved scorecard in all areas.

These roles were supplementary to my full time position.Leading the London Underground’s ‘command and control’ and real time response to incidents ( us to er action, terrorist/civil action, accidents, major events etc.).Assume the role of Gold Control, under nationally recognised incident management structure, liaison with emergency services and external agencies.Implementation of real time strategic contingency and recovery plans deploying resources across London as required.

Led the Jubilee line trains and service control teams during the difficult introduction of the upgraded (automatic) signalling system.Despite these difficulties ensured that train service level targets were achieved.Increased train operator attendance by 4.5%
