I have an extensive backround in business management, project management and supervision from my 30 plus years experience in the elevator and escalator maintenance and construction industry. My engine business started as a result of my experience in the classic car hobby and drag racing dating back to the late 70's. Numerous requests for engine work from friends and aquaintences was the driving force for making a business out of a passion. I've recently formed another LLC that is primarily run by my wife and daughter called 'Chatham Saddlebreds'. My daughter has shown horses for the last dozen or so years and we've gained enough experience to start developing and training 'American Saddlebred Horses' for profit. My ambitions and or goals are to be able to retire early from the elevator industry and either expand my engine business into complete auto restoration or lend more of my time to the horse business with my wife and daughter or possibly branch out into something totally different if the right opportunity presents itself. Possibly partner with someone on something whereby I can utilize my experience to develop something new and inovative.Specialties: Project management, contract negotiation, union negotiation, property management, automotive restoration, automotive engine design / build, safety training, technical training and training development.
