ZhongGu Shipping Group (“ZSG”) is the leading logistic resolution provider, ranking No.18 in the world and No.2 in China, whose business cover container shipping, vessel management, crew management, fuel providing, terminals, trade, investments, insurance, finance, funds, IT technology etc. ZSG operates more than 100 vessels and recorded throughput 15 million TEUs and revenue RMB 8 billion in 2017.Key Responsibilities:• As Secretary of the BOD, take charge of IPO (Initial Public Offer), equity financing, road show, absorbing strategic investors, convening board/shareholder meetings, public relationship management, and public information disclosure.• As Executive Deputy GM of the investment company, fully responsible for ZSG's investments and financing business.• Cooperate with banks, financial leasing companies to complete the short-term liquidity loan and long-term assets mortgage loan.• Responsible for building new ships, purchasing second-hand ships, containers, and investing into terminals, logistic parks and hubs base in China Top20 ports.• Supply chain M&A.• Building up financial system for ZSG, carry out financial leasing, entrusted bank loans, supply chain financing and other innovative financial services.

With registered capital of RMB 7 billion, Ping’An Trust has advantage of sufficient capital and manages assets of over RMB 300 billion.Key Responsibilities:• Use capital from insurance pool and trust funds to invest into ports/terminals, tolling speedway, freight railway, civil airports, land reclamation, urban infrastructure construction etc.• Negotiation with the debtor enterprises, design business model and deal structure.• Coordinate the Asset Management Company (AMC) to lobby the investing capital source.• Analyze the debtors’ operations/finance data to manage risk.• Accomplish investment strategy, establish investment rules, monitor and research on the Grand Transportation Industry.

HNA Logistics Holding Group (“HLH”) is the most important subsidiary under Hainan Airlines Group (“HNA”), which provides comprehensive modern logistic service including airfreight, shipping line, terminal, land transportation and e-commerce etc. HLH recorded revenue RMB 60 billion and total assets RMB 100 billion.Key Responsibilities:• Pursue M&A of container / bulk / multi-purpose terminals in China and oversea.• Finish due diligence, financial modeling for the pipeline• Make compositive assessments on selected projects• Prepare and submit bidding documents• Pay site visit and negotiate with local vendors, governments and port authorities.• Supervise contracts, set up JV and finish various works relative with closing the deals

PSA (“Ports of Singapore Authority”) is the globally leading container terminals operator, fully-owned by Singapore Government. With flagship operations in Singapore Terminal and Antwerp Terminal, PSA participates in more than 30 port projects in 20 countries all over the world. PSA operates 13 container terminals in China.Key Responsibilities:• Contact local governments, port authorities and port groups, maintain good public relationships.• Data mining, data analyzing and establish databases including China Throughput Database, China Terminals Layout Database, CTI Database, China Port Tariff Database, International Vessels Database, International Shipping Lines Database, China Ports Operating Indicators Database etc.• Marketing researches, financial modeling and due diligence.• Negotiations with partners and governments on terminal investments.• Take charge of the work for feasibility study, geology exploration, evaluation on environment and relating certifications.• Apply for NDRC approvals.• Formation of JV companies.• Relative works for terminals’ operations.
