PSA operates 13 container terminals in China.Key Responsibilities:• Contact local governments, port authorities and port groups, maintain good public relationships.• Data mining, data analyzing and establish databases including China Throughput Database, China Terminals Layout Database, CTI Database, China Port Tariff Database, International Vessels Database, International Shipping Lines Database, China Ports Operating Indicators Database etc.• Marketing researches, financial modeling and due diligence.• Negotiations with partners and governments on terminal investments.• Take charge of the work for feasibility study, geology exploration, evaluation on environment and relating certifications.• Apply for NDRC approvals.• Formation of JV companies.• Relative works for terminals’ operations.
