CurrentThe REAL Immersive Healthcare System is an advanced MSK and Mental Health XR rehabilitation platform combined with a proprietary body tracking technology that offers therapeutic activities developed with extensive input from rehabilitation experts. REAL activities support full body rehabilitation with a focus on strengthening, range of motion, and postural control for use with all rehab patients.I lead the Product Management Team as the Senior Director of Product Management to build the body of clinical, technical, and design research that informs the product requirements and roadmaps for how the REAL System products and features are developed. The Product Management team works extensively with clinicians, hardware and software development teams, as well as commercial, marketing, and sales teams to build strategic and tactical objectives focused on addressing unmet needs and helping as many patients and therapists as we can.
