Brand Manager for Amway North America’s XS Energy Drinks & Sports Nutrition and Perfect Empowered Drinking Water brands. These brands account for over 20% of Amway North America revenue, with the XS brand being the primary responsibility. XS is an adventure lifestyle brand offering great-tasting and effective Energy Drinks, Sports Nutrition and CBD products. The brand serves a strategic role, pairing on-trend product solutions with rapid innovation to attract and engage the young & active consumers. Extensive experience in Brand & Product development; supported Amway's formal acquisition of the XS brand in 2015 and development of the XS Sports Nutrition sub-category globally (developed & launched the sub-brand, which included 28 products/flavors, in 3 countries, in less than 2yrs). Assumed all XS Brand Management responsibilities in early 2017 and have delivered over 15% margin improvement for the brand. This was achieved through transformative product innovation and highly effective product launch campaigns, often exceeding forecast.Lastly, lead development and launch of Amway’s first products in the CBD (cannabidiol) market. This ground-breaking launch was a strategic priority for Amway’s Global Board of Directors and we were given an incredibly challenging deadline… just 11-months to launch. The amazing cross functional team I lead delivered not one but two products - among the highest quality CBD products on the market - in 9-months (nearly 2-months early)! We have since expanded the category, launching a second cream and sample sizes.
