During my time here I ran the operations of the branch, as well as going out into the field to source sales also. I took care of Account Management, as well as branch stock utilisation, along with bringing on board new business. Another one of my roles was as a qualified EWP trainer with the ability to train and assess clients to both the HIANZ Silver card certificate, or the NZQA registered standard.

I managed a team of staff whilst operating a general hire branch, as well as running a Heavy Equipment Machinery division. The 2 divisions ran as seperate business units, whilst being run out of the same branch silmutaneously.

Mostly cast iron machining for making up components for our industrial transmission customers: things like pulleys, taperlock bushes, taperlock pulleys, torque drive couplings,etc.....When i was not doing this, i was working in the field as a maintenance fitter, servicing manufacturing companies with engineering servicing type roles.
