My Role at Comex 2000 was Civils Planning Manager. This role left me responsible for a team of civils operatives and a supervisor within that team. My main duties in this employment were programming of works and overseeing final execution and completion of work. Within the programming role was complete validation of packs, final decision maker of Traffic Management requirements, management of team performance, Team P&L and health and safety issues. I had a supervisor whom directly and exclusively reported into myself who would provide evidence of works completed on site from initial risk assessments and Cable avoidance control measures to excavation depths, measurement of material layers for ASBUILT drawings and final base/wearing course measures and material sign off for defect management. it was also my responsibility for the maintenance of each work team members HR issues from wage queries to holiday booking and salary reviews. each team member would also have a 1 to 1 every 3rd month for performance management and objective setting. on completion of each pack It was my role to invoice the Customer for works completed.
