In Steve’s 11 year career with Motorola, he was responsible for the financial management of businesses ranging from $400M to $1B in revenue. His rapid advancement within the corporate financial organization of Motorola included financial planning and analysis, manufacturing, product development and international distribution and systems integration. The most recent seven years of his career has further enhanced Steve’s financial perspective. He was in the executive search industry as a co-founder and managing partner. His responsibilities include finance, human resources, technology, and training.
