- Assisting with financial processes and maintaining the financial records of Blackheath Halls, to help ensure accurate and timely financial transactions for the organisation.- Controlling all outstanding invoices, ensuring prompt payment and chasing outstanding debts.- Posting P/L Invoices to Agresso.- Raising purchase orders and invoices.- Completing monthly reconciliations of BHH & BCH bank accounts.- Liaise with Development Manager to ensure accurate monthly reconciliation of donations.- Posting all bank receipts and payments to Agresso, liaising with Performing Rights Society and completing quarterly returns.

- Main focus on the NGT trading platform from Equilend. Trading GC and special stocks in both equity and fixed income markets. Worked with the technology team to help implement the automation of the Targeted Availability process and the STP of trade bookings.- Monitor reporting of PEA and GITA regulated funds to ensure they do not breach regulations.- Complete daily compliance reporting where trades are benchmarked against Datalend market information.- Monitor the Equilend automated returns portal and rectify any errors in a timely manner. - Compile trading statistics for end of day KPI reporting.- Process recalls and liaise with settlement teams to ensure timely settlement.

- Process recalls and returns in a timely and efficient manner- Support the trading desk in their daily, monthly and quarterly reporting requirements – including reports for internal teams and clients- Ensure key daily trading files and statistics are kept up to date and recorded accurately e.g. recall KPI’s, revenue statistics, counterparty performance statistics- Manage orders on Equilend's NGT platform and maintain bilateral relationships.- The role is the main point of contact for all queries relating to Securities Financing trading, including settlement issues on all products and corporate action investigations - Ensure that all relevant trade queries are investigated thoroughly and escalated to a Securities Financing trader where necessary.

• Product development:- Lead all product development within securities financing, working with senior management, clients, and counterparts in scoping all requirements, communicating and coordinating development (ensuring all necessary documentation is completed, validated, and archived).• Client Onboarding- Accurately input all client guidelines, controls and restrictions into core books and records / constraint server to allow 1st and 2nd level of oversight control- Ensure that client structures are accurately respected in core books and records and that program and asset segregation is clearly defined• Reporting- Compile and deliver all statistical reporting internally and externally for the securities financing product.- Discuss progress at monthly client meetings.

• Responsible for liaising with fund managers to ensure elections are received in a timely manner for upcoming corporate action events and relaying those elections to our borrowers to process accordingly.• Ensuring that the results of events are correctly reflected in our systems and claims are sent to borrowers for proceeds owed to the bank.• Monitor stock reconciliations to identify and rectify any breaks relating to corporate actions activity.

Collateral Management• Responsible for ensuring that client funds are collateralised according to their SLA's via bilateral, Triparty and cash margin agreements with borrowers.• Monitor settlements of bilateral and Triparty trades using Trade Flow Manager system.• Monitor stock position reconciliations to ensure that we are in line with our custodian and also a price reconciliation to justify any spike of price above the market norm. Regular use of Bloomberg for price discrepancies, and activity reporting to senior management. • Help identify and assist with implementing any improvements to user systems. Also assist project management team with any new business models bought to the business to provide insight for back office needs and processes.Stock Loan Settlements• Thorough monitoring of bond and equity settlements in local and domestic markets. Liaising closely between the trading desk and custodians.• Regularly liaising with client service team and front office to ensure prompt settlement for recalled positions to satisfy client sales. • Checking trade flow queues to ensure any problematic trades are identified and rectified in a timely manner.• Performing stock reconciliations to ensure on loan positions agreed with custodian.

• Responsible for recalling on-loan positions to satisfy pending client sales • Booking loan return notices sent in by borrowers • Liaising with the client service team to determine how fund managers would be electing on upcoming scrip option events which would then influence the levels that stock would be lent at
