Go-to for executive pitch and capital request, digital business case, technology selection, and digital roadmap advice.At IBM, I am an executive within the North American Commerce practice leading GTM for Commerce, Marketplace, CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote), and Product Information Management applications. I've worked with all of the market leading technologies (Adobe, Salesforce, SAP) and other strategic players (Commercetools, Mirakl, Marketplacer, etc.). Our team helps enterprise clients define, design, and implement executable digital roadmaps to achieve strategic KPIs. We've seen it all before and want to use our knowledge to help others realize their goals!I joined the Salesforce Commerce Retail and Consumer Goods team in 2021 to help advise key enterprise and strategic customers right-size their eCommerce software and services contracts for the significant uptick in online demand. This included helping to define industry GTM POVs and an integrated GTM across Salesforce commerce, order management, and marketplace solutions. I'm proud to say that this led to mutual success for my clients and I. My largest customer doubled their D2C revenue with my advisory and I was able to reach the Achiever's Club (175%+ of quota attainment).I spent an amazing ~6 years at Gorilla Group (now a WPP / Wunderman Thompson operating company) in a variety of roles helping to establish us as a trusted eCommerce advisor in the enterprise space. I was one of the initial hires on the SAP Commerce practice (GTM) and a key member in growing the practice from $1M to $25M from 2015-2020. As we grew, I pivoted to managing the solution consulting / sales engineering team to expand into new technologies (including Salesforce, Bloomreach, CPQ technologies, and Sitecore). At Acquity Group, I co-led the largest SAP Commerce (Hybris) B2B & B2B commerce transformation (at the time) for one of the largest outdoor sports and lifestyle retailers. It was one of the first experiences to enable fulfillment from retail locations ("ship from store") and in-store pickup from a .com experience ("BOPIS").I earned my bachelor's degree in Finance and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame and use skills from both every day.I enjoy mentoring and coaching all levels. I spend my free time advising young alumni as part of the Loyola Academy Board and coaching 8th grade basketball at a local junior high school. I love making new connections, learning, and sharing... especially if it's on the golf course.
