Perform first article, in process and final inspection of all parts machined on cnc water jet, laser, router, lathe and mills. Check parts to insure customer blue print specs. are met. Consult with engineers and troubleshoot process issues when parts do not meet tolerances per prints. Use calipers, micrometers, gauge pins, depth mics, cmm, optical compariter, faro arm and laser scanner to inspect parts.
