• Designed and built a Customer Implementation Tracking work flow web application with C# and SQL Server 2008. Utilized Subsonic ORM, LINQ, Telerik ASP.NET AJAX controls, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Delegates, and nested custom controls.• Designed and built a log parser VB.NET application to parse and store Linux application files into a SQL Server database. The log files contained cellular roaming network messages, and the application parses and reformats the information to allow for querying, reporting, and alarming (via system generated emails).• Designed and built an SMS Text Messaging system to send a “Welcome to…” text message to cellular roamers when they roamed into a new country location. Used SMPP (over IP sockets), web services, VB.NET, SQL Server. • Continued to maintain a web application for provisioning cellular subscribers for international roaming, which I had designed and built at a prior job (see VeriSign). This application allows CDMA to GSM international roaming with quad band phones, enabling the subscriber to keep the same phone number and data services. Built with an early version of DOTNETNUKE framework, VB.NET (multi-threaded), TSQL, SQL Server, LINQ, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, TELNET, UDP sockets, SMPP (over IP sockets), Web services, and MSMQ to communicate with backend voice and data roaming servers. Created Single Sign-On for provisioning web site with SAML for exchanging authentication and authorization data between Alltel and MACH security domains. Created satellite libraries (DLL) for use.• Maintain legacy CIBER Roaming Settlement System (for financial clearing and settlement) built in MS Access, and VBA. Re-writing this into MVC Entity Framework C#, RAZOR, HTML5, LINQ, and SQL Server 2008 database.

Part-time work until 2007, then fulltime 2007 to 2008.• Continued to maintain a web application for provisioning cellular subscriber for international roaming, which I had designed and built at a prior job (see VeriSign). This application allows CDMA to GSM roaming with quad band phones, while keeping the phone number and data services. • Maintained both Talbots and J Jill ecommerce web sites. Maintained satellite assemblies in VB.Net, TSQL Stored Procedures (SQL Server), HTML and JavaScript.

• Maintained various ASP.NET web sites with C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL Server.

• Enhanced a classic ASP Web application on IIS 5 Windows 2000 server, to Oracle 9i database. Using MS Visual Interdev 6, HTML, DHTML, Frames, CSS, PL/SQL Developer tool, OO VBScript 5.6, JavaScript, and Visual SourceSafe. Created COM+ object in Visual C++. Used SSL Digital Certificate for encrypted communications channel to server. JavaScript validation/menus, file upload (via VBScript classes/ASP/ASP.NET), PL/SQL Packages/Stored Procedures, and Data Modeling. • Designed a .NET Web Service to send B2B data to a partner company for GSM SIM Card provisioning phones to South American customers for roaming in Europe. Also built a .NET web service that provisions cell phones into Logica Aldiscon's Roaming Interworking Gateway database (via both Telnet and UDP connections).• Designed and coded an application to troubleshoot SS7 network messages for IS41 and GSM in Jakarta Struts and JBOSS 3.2 Java on RedHat EL 3. Designed/coded companion administrative application in ASP.NET to manage logins for both an Informix and federated Oracle databases (via ADO.NET). Created platform requirements documents.• Maintained both Classic and ASP.NET web site for roaming financial clearing reports using XML/XSLT, PL/SQL Oracle procedures, and C#.• Designed a Single Sign-on (SSO) application using tokens for logging into Windows and Linux applications.• Created Pop 3 email parser to convert emails to SMS text messages (sent via a .NET web service and MSMQ to the SMSC servers). Built the Windows Service application to process MSMQ messages, and route them to one of many SMSC servers (i.e. scalable via a database table entry). Used NUnit for unit testing.• Created scripts to migrate SQL 7.0 databases to SQL 2005.• Created GSM Phone OTA (Over The Air) web site and backend web service to download cell phone phonebooks to a designated group of phones (interfaced with the GEMPlus OTA system).

• Maintained an Internet based e-commerce n-tier client-server application for the gas transportation industry. Written in Visual Basic 6 (for the administrative app.) and Visual Interdev 6; using HTML/DHTML, CSS, VBScript in Active Server Pages (ASP) 2.0, Web Business Objects (COM+), ActiveX, and JavaScript validation/menus, MS Certificate Server for creating Digital Certificates for secure browser channels, ADO 2.5 running on IIS 4 (for the Internet app.) to SQL Server 7.0 & 2000. • Created SQL stored procedures for complex tariff calculations with SQL cursors, created triggers, SQL DTS Packages, Data Modeling, and installed/maintained SQL Server 7.0 databases (Transact SQL) as a DBA. • Used Sheridan DataWidgets, Active Toolbars Plus, TrueDBGrid 4, Crystal Reports 6, InstallShield, Visual InterDev. • Converted VB 6 app to ASP.NET. Wrote GUI-based documentation; Quick Reference Guides; and conceptual, procedural and reference documents. • Managed Visual Source Safe for team.

Oracle 8.1 database, ADO 2.5, Oracle Objects for OLE. • Created Web site using XML/XSL menu system, and ADO 2.5 for software downloads, documentation, and general storm tracking information. • Designing software re-writes for existing VB 5/6 apps. Replaced Oracle Objects for OLE with ADO 2.5 disconnected recordsets.
